Your folder Hider is a great, easy to use software package to not only lock your folders but also hide them.
To unlock a folder, you can use a password (choose one), just type it in, or use a hotkey!
You can also choose whether to un-hide folders using the hotkey(s) you set, and you can choose what files are put in your account’s “Recent Documents” subfolder when you open it.
To hide/un-hide a folder, right click the folder and click “Hide Folder”. To unhide it, right click the folder and click “Unhide Folder”.
You can put a password on folders so that you can easily hide/un-hide them.
Your Password for the folder should be a minimum of 8 characters. You should not have any spaces or special characters.
After you click “Hide Folder”, you have two options to unlock/un-hide it: 1. use a password, or 2. use a hotkey.
To set a password, click “Change Password”.
Now enter a password, that will be used to unlock the folder. You can have a minimum of 8 characters. Use a password of your choosing.
