Open an image in Photoshop

Open a new image. For a more professional image, choose Full Resolution from the File menu.

Click File > New. An empty file window appears.

The New dialog appears with its default settings.

To open an image in Photoshop and save it, choose File > Open, and then navigate to the folder where you’ve saved your image. The Open dialog will appear.

Browse to the location where you’ve saved the image. Once you select your image, it will be opened, and all subsequent image-editing steps will apply.

Use the Preset Settings

Click to deselect the Preset Settings.

Photoshop comes with a set of preset options for the kinds of editing you’ll most commonly perform. These are located on the Preset Settings panel, which is not available by default. Click the left gray square that appears when you select the Layer or Layers panel.

How to use Photoshop

Photoshop has a simple, easy-to-use interface that makes it a no-brainer to get started.

The interface is divided into five main panels:

General: This gives you information about the file you’re working on. Image Adjustments: This is where you make adjustments to the image. Layers: This lets you apply different edits to the image. Image Layers: This is where you can draw on an image to add more information. Channels: This displays your image’s different colors as an image can only hold 255 colors, so you can organize images by their colors. Brushes: This shows you how you can apply brushes to the image. Palette: This shows you where you can make a color change.

There is also a set of tabs on the left-hand side, where you can view a list of text, create new images, export your image, change a tool, or view the image in its previous state.

To add a new tool, click on the New Tab button.

You can also change the tool that you are using by clicking the toolbars at the top of the screen.

Divide list on classes with conditions

I’m trying to move a list into it’s own class depending on certain criteria.
So on the first element it would be.gradient-category-1, if the element is not the first element it would be.gradient-category-2 and so on.
Currently I’m using css3 to display and hide elements.
I understand that using nth-child would work with this, but I’d rather not for a few reasons.
Any help would be great.

I am getting an index out of bound exception when the program enters a for loop that tries to make an array of integers. I am not sure why. The program tries to find an amount which is lower than the sum of all the numbers in the array and then returns it as an array of integers. The code is as follows:

Author Notes:When I was younger I was fascinated by anything to do with space and what makes it tick. I knew that I wanted to have a garden someday and I thought that learning more about space would make that dream come true. I still remember taking long field trips around my small home town with my Dad. We loved to learn about things that were happening in our world. I would find myself in my life throwing up the illusion of dreaming that this was possible, but, never being able to live out my dream.

One night I was going through some old pictures and I found this picture that I had really never seen before. The picture that is in front of me now I can not explain how I had never seen it before. I had no idea what it was or where I had found it. The picture was of the Earth seen from space with the people in their cities. I smiled and thought to myself that this must have been a picture taken by the Apollo astronauts. I was amazed at how they took this picture of the Earth. I thought to myself, “This must have been taken by an astronaut on their way back from the moon”. I remember that picture and how it made me feel. My heart swelled with joy for what it would have been like to actually be there. This picture made me feel as if I had been there. That was all the inspiration I needed to finally get back on the dream of what I wanted to be. I had the determination to get back on that dream and made a promise that I would get back on that dream.
