ClipSpeak is a small software application whose purpose is to help you automatically monitor your clipboard content for new text items and read aloud the text messages. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there. In order to run the program correctly and avoid bumping into all sorts of errors, you need to have Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 on the target computer.
Portable running mode
You can keep the utility stored on pen drives or other portable devices so you can take it with you all the time. Plus, you can get rid of it with a simple deletion task of the files that you have downloaded from the Internet because it does not leave entries in your Windows registry.
It does not require an installation process so you may access its GUI by running the executable file. In addition, you may open it straight from the storage device.
System tray running mode
You can find ClipSpeak residing in your system tray area. You may check out the available configuration settings by right-clicking on the tray icon. A help manual is embedded in the package and provides a few details about the key features of the tool.
Transform clipboard text into speech
The application offers you the possibility to listen to how clipboard text items are read aloud by simply copying the selected text message to the clipboard.
What’s more, you are allowed to adjust the volume and speed pretty easily thanks to the built-in sliders, choose between several preset voices, as well as save the audio files to MP3 file format to a custom location on your computer and with a specific filename.
Final words
All in all, if you are looking for nothing more than a simple clipboard utility able to transform text into speech, you may give ClipSpeak a try and see what it can do for you.
Howdy, I started to install the V3 trial version of the Windows 7 application “Speech Test”. The installation worked fine and in the end I was asked if I wanted to continue with the help of the following message:
I installed the Program as a Microsoft Windows.inf file in a folder on the local hard drive, but I still can’t find the executable file. How can I start my new Speech Test program?
What am I doing wrong?
And also I would like to know if it is possible to alter the name of the.inf file of the installed program?
If you have any news or tips regarding installation please share them.
Thank you,
Stephan

We’re also going to check how much bandwidth we have on our local network and see if we can use that bandwidth for bit torrent on our local network.
We’ll do this for two reasons.
The first is that the network connection between the router and the client machine needs to be able to carry the bit torrent traffic. The more bandwidth is available, the more data can be transferred in the torrent.
The second reason is that some users, especially the inexperienced ones, tend to block certain ports in their firewalls. This results in the torrent traffic being routed through different protocols. These protocols usually require less bandwidth than TCP/IP, which means that the user will get an overall lower download speed.
Ultimately, it’s important to make sure that the user can still use his/her torrent client on the PC, but also that the speed of the download is not negatively affected.
Once we know these things, we will configure our router and test the different scenarios. In the end, it will let us know which configuration settings we should use.
That’s enough of the setup. Now it’s time for the fun part. Go to the workshop area and get a copy of our very own Zmason. It comes with the smallest client possible. You’re going to use that client to download the torrent file that we’re going to set up for you.
So let’s get started.
First, we’re going to log into your router via Web UI and make sure that it’s connected to the Internet properly. Then, you’re going to have to download the Zmason installer and save it on your PC.
Download Zmason from and save it on your PC. The file size of the installer is just over 1MB.
Once you’ve done that, you can start using your Zmason client to log into your router and download the torrent file. As soon as the client connects, the router will automatically start downloading the torrent file from the Internet and save it on your PC.
Once the file is downloaded, we’re going to go to the settings of Zmason and configure our router in the main settings screen. Here we’ll be using the small client included with Zmason. Also, remember to save your router’s settings before you close the client. Otherwise, you’ll have to do this on your PC.
The first thing we’re going to do is
