Node.js: how can I parse ‘x-www-form-urlencoded’ response in an HTML form?

I’m working on a node.js app.
I’ve received a response of x-www-form-urlencoded format from a POST request.
How can I populate a HTML form element (password) with the data from the response?
My assumption is that I need to convert it to JSON or use regex. But I couldn’t find a way on how to do it.

assuming x-www-form-urlencoded data is nothing but key=value pairs
“my_value” : “my_value”,
“my_other_value” : “my_other_value”

you can use a simple for loop like this to parse form data
var request = require(“request”);
var formData = {};
var keys = [];
var values = [];
request.post(uri, formData).pipe(function(err, response) {
if(err) {
else {
response.on(“data”, function(data) {
formData = data.split(”
keys = formData.keys.map(function(key) {
formData[key] = formData[key].split(“=”);
//formData[key] = {‘key’:’value’};
values = formData.values.map(function(value) {
formData[key] = formData[key].split(“=”);
//formData[key] = {‘value’:’value’};
response.on(“end”, function() {

the above example should update formData with key value pairs from the form data
formData will hold something like this
“key”: “first”,

The use of multi-screen (or multi-panel) displays for displaying information is becoming more and more prevalent. The multi-screen displays are used in a wide range of devices, such as, for example, computers, television receivers, and cellular telephones, and are being used to display more and more information with increased resolution and color depth.
A typical multi-screen display may include three or more individual screens. Such a multi-screen display has a problem in that the display device, the backlight for illuminating the display device, and the construction of the housing or cabinet that accommodates the individual screens are unnecessarily complicated and bulky.import os
